    The surrounding forests and meadows provide excellent conditions for outdoor games and hiking tours. Our 'sunny village' Terenten is the ideal starting point for easy walks or challenging mountain hikes.


  • Wonderfully located Pension & Restaurand with a lot of outdoor / indoor sport and games possibilities: play garden area, table football, table tennis, volleyball in the summer...

    For students or youth groups, we can offer a large lounge with TV.

  • How to arrive

    By car - Brenner Motorway, exit Brixen North, direction Puster Valley / Bruneck. In the village of Vintl turn left onto the 'Sunny Road of the Puster Valley' and aftern 6 km you are in Terenten/Margen.

    By plane - The nearest international airports are Innsbruck (A)(80km), Venice (230km), Verona (200km) or in Bolzano (70km). From the airoports you can use Dolomiti Bus Transfer, rent a car or railway connections.

    By train - The Brenner railway line to Fortezza or Brixen. By local trains (30' ride) up to Vintl or Bruneck railway station. From here there are local bus service that drives directly to Terenten (except Sundays and holidays).

    Am Wochenende zeigt sich das Wetter von seiner freundlichen, wenn auch nicht makellosen Seite. An der Wetterlage ändert sich bis einschließlich Montag kaum etwas. Südtirol liegt weiterhin im Übergangsbereich eines Tiefs über Polen und eines Hochs über Spanien. Am Montag wechseln Sonne und Wolken, einzelne Regenschauer sind möglich. Am Dienstag dreht der Wind auf Süd, Wolkenstau setzt ein und am Nachmittag oder Abend fallen die ersten Regentropfen. Am Mittwoch wird der Regen häufiger und stärker, und auch der Donnerstag schaut noch unbeständig aus. Die Schneefallgrenze sinkt von 3100 m auf 2600 m.

    • We are pleased to welcome you to our website, and thank you for your interest in our Pension. Margen is located above the village Terenten in South Tyrol. Our pension is situated in a high plateau, in a sunny and quiet location. From our panoramic terrace you can enjoy a weonderful view of the village and the beautiful mountains in the surroundings. Enjoy with us your holiday in a family atmosphere.
    All of our rooms are equipped with shower / WC, balcony and TV and offer a magnificent view over the surrounding mountains. We will be happy to welcome you in our house! We are specialized in quality accommodation for families, students and youth groups and all kind of group travels. We offer single, double, and larger rooms for a maximum 50-60 people! Choose between an accomodation in a room with breakfast, half board or full board.
    In the winter the beginners can try out their first steps on skis at the local ski-lift. All others can have fun at the Kronplatz: over 100 km of perfectly groomed slopes and 30 modern lifts. Our guests can use the ski bus, which drops the skiers and snowboarders off directly in front of the Kronplatz Valley Station. Skiing is not everything for you? - Terenten also offers cross-country ski trails , sledge slopes, guided snowshoe hikes and ice skating rink.

During the almost whole year, yearly in Terenten.
